Audit

Our company is a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors and our company has been providing services for limited liability companies and public limited companies in accordance with the Law of Accounting and the International Accounting Standards. We have been completing long-term and temporary requests. On demand we provide interim pre-audits within as part of the annual audit contract. Our activities include the audit of statement of affairs, evaluation of contributions in kind and in case of transformation assessment of assets. It is essential for the normal operation of the market economy that the business organisations make public the real and reliable information of their assets, financial status and incomes, in with the statutory requirements. The trustworthiness of the published information can be enhanced by the audit performed by an independent auditor.

Who are entitled to complete statutory audits? In Hungary an audit based on statutory requirements can be completed only by chartered auditors registered by the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors or by chartered auditing companies which are registered.
